Description: This apple variety originated in North Battleford in 1945. A very hardy large yellow apple splashed with red, ideal for cooking; the perfect combination of accent and fruit tree, ideal for home landscapes; eating apples.

Ornamental Features: White flowers with shell pink overtones. Forest green foliage. Leaves turn yellow in fall. Fruits are excellent for cooking and baking.

Landscape Attributes: Deciduous tree with a more or less rounded form. Its average texture blends into the landscape. Best pruned in late winter once leaves have dropped.
