Description: This columnar form of Aspen is perfect for tight spots and privacy screening, an elegant addition to any landscape.  It has a dense canopy, with branching starting near the ground.  A fast-growing, popular tree, the Swedish Columnar Aspen will grow to about 30′ tall and 3-4′ wide.  Plant 6′ apart.

Ornamental Features: Forest green foliage throughout the season. The serrated oval leaves turn yellow in fall. The furrowed gray bark adds an interesting dimension to the landscape.

Landscape Attributes: Deciduous tree with a strong central leader and a narrowly upright and columnar growth habit. Low maintenance tree, usually looks its best without pruning. Drought tolerance once established. Perfect for privacy screening!
