Description: Noted for its showy colour patterns, Iris sibirica ‘Constrat in Styles’ (Siberian Iris) is a clump-forming perennial with incredibly beautiful flowers in late spring to early summer. Each blossom features rich wine purple standards and falls and lighter blue-purple styles. The semi-flaring falls display prominent white and yellow signals with purple veinging, creating a ravishing, colourful effect. After blooming, the grass-like foliage, consisting of sturdy clumps of upright gray-green, narrow and fairly rigid, blade-shaped leaves, is also one of its most attractive garden features as it remains fresh looking all season.
