Description: An upright rounded shrub with a dwarf habit compared to other Ninebark varieties. Clusters of white flowers and showy fruit. Golden green foliage, and peeling bark make this a dramatic hedge, screen or specimen shrub for smaller spaces.
Ornamental Features: Showy foliage is lime green to golden yellow throughout the season. Clusters of small white flowers emerge from pink buds to become clusters of coral-red fruit that provides a spectacular contrast against the bright leaves. Bark peels in strips to reveal several layers of reddish to light brown inner bark.
Landscape Attributes: Hardy deciduous shrub with an upright, rounded, and compact habit of growth. Low maintenance; can be pruned anytime. Deer resistant and drought tolerant. A great choice for adding winter interest and attracting birds and butterflies to your yard.
