Description: A very hardy shrub with a dense spreading habit. Named after British captain George Vancouver, whose 18th century expeditions explored and charted North America’s northwestern pacific coast regions.

Ornamental Features: Clusters of dark pink to cherry red flowers bloom in spring, with a later re-bloom. Glossy dark green foliage and blooms perfect for cutting. A beautiful specimen, low hedge or border shrub.

Landscape Attributes: Dense multi-stemmed deciduous shrub with a spreading habit of growth. Maintenance; prune in late winter or early spring. Disease resistant and drought tolerant once established.
