Description: For beds, borders, or rock gardens Sedum ‘Autumn Fire’ is an excellent choice. An upright, clump-forming, deciduous perennial with a striking foliage of thick, fleshy, green leaves. Blooming in late summer and fall, a profusion of showy flowerheads packed with star-shaped, bright rosy flowers are on display.
They are borne on stout, upright stems that rise with majesty above the foliage clump. Both foliage and dead inflorescences remain attractive through winter, providing some additional interest. Autumn Fire is an improved form of the famous Sedum ‘Autumn Joy’ with larger flower heads and a longer blooming season.
