Description: An upright spreading shrub with clusters of small pinkish-white flowers, peeling bark, and deep burgundy foliage. A dramatic low hedge, screen or specimen shrub.

Ornamental Features: Foliage emerges dark red in the spring ageing to a deep burgundy then turns purple in the fall. Clusters of small pinkish-white flowers emerge from pink buds in late spring and give way to red fruit. Exfoliating bark on mature branches adds winter interest.
