Description:  This hardy willow can withstand low lying moist areas and is drought tolerant once established.  Laurel Leaf Willow has glossy leaves and a dense globe shaped canopy.  An excellent mid-size shade tree.

Ornamental Features: Has glossy, dark green foliage throughout the season. The pointy leaves turn yellow in fall. Low-branching and wide-spreading.

Landscape Attributes: Dense deciduous tree with a more or less rounded form. Best pruned in late winter once the threat of extreme cold has passed.
