Description: A low mounding shrub with gorgeous coral and pink flowers, glossy dark green foliage edged in burgundy, and brick-red bark on older stems. A beautiful specimen or border shrub and the perfect choice for smaller spaces.
Ornamental Features: Deep coral pink buds open to spectacularly showy double coral blooms with pink overtones from late spring through mid-fall. Flowers become more pink as they age, creating a glorious sunset effect. Flowers are excellent for cutting and attracting birds and butterflies to your yard.
Landscape Attributes: Dense multi-stemmed deciduous shrub with a low mounding habit of growth. Maintenance; prune back late winter or early spring. Will not tolerate standing water. Water at soil level, and avoid wetting the leaves as much as possible.
