By placing your order you agree that:
Our online inventory reflects what's available at our farm, not always what's physically in the garden centre. Once your order is placed, we'll pull your plants from the farm and reach out as soon as they're ready for pickup. This typically takes a few days.

- 2 We bring your items in from the farm
- 3 We contact you once your order is ready
- 4 You pick up at our garden centre
Order policies & fees
Installation and delivery are not included in the warranty. Picked-up items must be collected within 7 days of arrival or a $150/week holding fee will apply.
Change orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee and can only be made prior to digging. All orders are custom dug, once dug, there can be no cancellations, refunds, or change orders.
