Numbers Person Required! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Manager to oversee our company's administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in accounting software, bookkeeping, and financial management processes. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate financial reporting, and effective management of accounts payable and receivable. The Administration Manager will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial data, supporting budgeting efforts, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Must be extremely detail orientated and understand how to manage payables, receivables, payroll , inventory, books, accounts and all areas of daily business operations. Experience with full-cycle accounting, quickbooks, budgeting, invoicing, forecasting and reporting. Knowledge with quickbooks, and excel is a must. Experience working with inventories, p.o.s systems, farming, wholesale and retail divisions would be ideal. Minimum of 10 years accounting experience. Must be professionally minded and self directed while maintaining good communication with owners and retail office staff. Please send resume and cover letter. - Manage day-to-day administrative and financial activities, including bookkeeping and record keeping
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize QuickBooks for data entry, reporting.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities in financial data
- Support budgeting processes by preparing reports and analyzing variances
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards related to financial transactions
- Supervise retail administrative staff and coordinate office operations to enhance efficiency
- Prepare financial reports for management review and decision-making purposes
- Oversee retail pos entries and cash outs.
Skills Required
- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance management roles
- Proficiency with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and account reconciliation procedures
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in account analysis and bank reconciliation tasks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
- Prior experience with budgeting processes is preferred
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to oversee administrative functions efficiently
