Description: From narrow pyramidal to oval with age, a dense shade tree with lustrous foliage and superb gold fall color. Seedless and low maintenance. An excellent choice for urban growth where vertical growth is desired without taking up much horizontal space.
Ornamental Features: Widely used as a shade tree or central focal point in a yard. Has dark green glossy foliage that stays on the tree well into the autumn then turns yellow in the fall.
Landscape Attributes: Dense deciduous tree. Best pruned in late winter once the threat of extreme cold has passed. Drought tolerant once established.
