Description: A spectacular compact, rounded cedar in an unusual golden colour. Foliage is scale-like, lacy, and provides excellent texture.
Ornamental Features: The scale-like leaves are chartreuse in spring, darkening to gold through the summer. In fall, foliage takes on a slightly orange hue which lasts through the winter. Its compact form and rounded shape provide a pop of textured colour and makes a great accent shrub.
Landscape Attributes: Dense, rounded foliage forms a ball-like mound. Low maintenance, prune as needed in late winter. Water well in fall and provide protection from winter sun and chinook winds in winter to prevent browning. Deer and rabbit resistant.
