Description: This award winning Heuchera cultivar is as unique as it is striking! Large, rounded and lobed leaves are a glossy deep purple, appearing almost black. Deep pink spots contrast spectacularly against the dark leaves, looking almost as if paint has been splattered across the leaf tops.
Ornamental Features: The incredibly showy foliage forms a compact mound of large, eye-catching leaves. In late spring, slender purple flower stems rise up to two feet above the foliage. Tiny, creamy white, bell-shaped flowers bloom along the contrasting stem until midsummer. Deadheading the spent stems will encourage a second flush of blooms later in the season.
Landscape Features: Used in mass planting, rock/alpine gardens, border edging, general garden use, groundcover, and container planting. Hummingbirds and butterflies are attracted to the nectar produced by the flowers. Can tolerate drier soils when grown in shadier areas.
