Description: Humulus lupulus ‘Nugget’ is a fast-growing perennial vine with long twining stems clad with deeply lobed, serrated, dark green leaces. Cluster of subtle, fragrant pale green flowers add texture in late summer to early fall and mature to attractive drooping, papery fruits resembling pinecones. Nugget is a populat bittering hop for brewing with heavy herbal aromas. This plant dies back in winter but comes back year after year. 

Ornamental Features: Nugget Ornamental Golden Hops is primarily grown for its highly ornamental fruit. It produces abundant clusters of yellow hop-like fruit from mid summer to mid fall. It attractive tomentose lobed leaves remain green in colour throughout the season. Deer resistant 

Landscape Features: Hops require sturdy support on which to climb such as pergolas, walls or fences. Forms a good screen that will rapidly cover unsightly structures. Perfect in cottage gardens or mediterranean gardens
