Description: Blooming for weeks in summer, masses of cheerful, flat-topped yellow flowerheads float above greeny gray, lacy, fern-like foliage.
Ornamental Features: The delicate, aromatic foliage highlights the bright yellow of the flat-topped flower heads. Long bloom period, starting in early summer, is excellent for attractive native pollinators and is a wonderful addition to cottage gardens. Excellent for cutting, fresh or dried.
Landscape Features: Remove faded flowers regularly to promote continued blooming. Easily divided in fall or early spring. Trim back hard after the first flush of bloom to maintain a compact habit. Heat tolerant, drought tolerant, deer and rabbit resistant, attracts pollinators.
