Hydrangea ‘Quick Fire’ Tree Form
Description: The popular ‘Quick Fire’ Hydrangea shrub grafted atop a tree standard, making a small, long blooming ornamental tree. Excellent specimen for smaller yards.
Ornamental Features: Huge, cone-shaped white flowers emerge in midsummer and slowly change to deep pink as the season progresses and remain until frost. Green foliage throughout the season takes on a yellow to red-purple tinge in the fall. Flowers are excellent fresh or dried. Best for a formal look.
Landscape Attributes: Multi-stemmed deciduous shrub with an upright, rounded form, grafted on a tree standard. Low maintenance; best pruned in late winter after the threat of extreme cold has passed.
Do not plant in exposed area. Cannot tolerate Chinook Winds is exposed areas. Best planted in a micro climate w other plant material around.
