Description: Commonly referred to as ‘Arrowwood Viburnum’, Viburnum dentatum is native to eastern North America. A medium to large vase-shaped shrub, it features beautiful and showy flat-topped balls of white flowers in spring, followed by ornamental fruit and fabulous fall colour.
Ornamental Features: Large flat-topped clusters of creamy white flowers in early spring are followed by clusters of blue-black berries that are beloved by birds. The deep green, crinkled leaves change colour in fall to a stunning range of oranges, yellows, reds, and burgundys.
Landscape Attributes: Dense multi-stemmed deciduous shrub with an upright, vase-shaped habit of growth. Low maintenance; best pruned in winter. Deer resistant. A great choice for attracting birds to your yard.
