The blend contains 3% Nitrogen – however this Nitrogen content is purely a by-product of the organic matter sources used in the blend such as Activated Carbon. Since it is coming from these sources, it isn’t any form of readily available N or N that would promote growth. Especially given the 32% organic matter content, the 3% N is arguably negligible.
