Description: This hybrid variety is a cross between Veronica armena and Veronica pectinata ‘Rosea’. The result is a low growing evergreen perennial with striking violet-blue flowers in spring. The leaves are small and silvery-green, and an interesting shape; almost look like tiny oak leaves.
Ornamental Features: The stunning violet-blue flowers have a contrasting white eye, and smother the ground from mid to late spring. The uniquely shaped leaves are tidy and provide interest when the bloom period is over. Provides an attractive pop of an uncommon colour in the spring.
Landscape Features: Easy to grow, low maintenance, and tolerant of a wide range of adverse conditions. Makes an excellent ground cover, edging, or rock garden specimen. Also a great choice for planting between flagstones.
