Description: An excellent blue-leaved grass for average garden conditions. Plants form a compact, tidy clump of bright silvery-blue leaves. Taller arching stems of flowers appear in early summer. Non-spreading in habit, this grass will remain evergreen in mild winter regions. Requires good drainage, especially in warm summer regions. Clumps may be easily divided in spring. In cold regions the foliage sometimes needs to be tidied up with scissors in spring, but quickly regrows.
