Description: An exceptionally floriferous compact black eyed Susan. Cheery yellow coneflowers are borne on strong stems held atop dark green, well branched foliage. Enjoys a very long bloom period from midsummer to frost.
Ornamental Features: At about 2/3 the height of other Rudbeckia cultivars, ‘Little Goldstar’ is terrific in the front border, and its compact size makes it ideal for a sunny patio container. Each plant produces an incredible number of blooms, making them ideal for cutting.
Landscape Features: Perennial borders, cottage gardens, container gardens. Low maintenance, highly disease resistant, drought tolerant, deer and rabbit resistant.
